We have undertaken landscape and visual impact assessment
(LVIA) of a range of different development projects. These have
included wind, solar and other renewable energy projects, as well as commercial, residential and recreational proposals.
Our landscape design background and experience enable us to
identify opportunities to design out potential problems and develop visual mitigation measures to reduce the overall impacts on the landscape and provide longer term landscape enhancements. Our input can vary from low level advice to a full EIA, depending on the nature of the project and the sensitivities of the site.
